[Error Code] Forward Tx Error when scanning to email in KM bizhub c220

Hi!


I am trying to set up scan-to-email in a Konica Minolta machine. The model is c220. The SMTP server uses Exchange server 2003 with Active Direcctory installed on it. It is an internal server in the company. I have set up everything including the LDAP settings but it is giving me an error code 32 with description "Forward TX Error.

Anybody have any suggestions? I have tried changing the base search but still giving me the same error! Please help!!

Forward Tx is AUTH .
You got user auth on your E-mail smtp , you need user name and pasword switched on , on mfp
