Hi, I've just get from my machine "No animation guide data available. Contact your administrator". I have newest firmware (Polish) but can't find file movie.exe needed to repair this thing. Please help...

you must download file animation movie.exe from kmsupport and then input that file to machine with usb flash.

It's under Special Firmware, alsi5.

I have put polish firmware into machine. Did it work if i get english movie.exe? Because there isn't movie for polish language... ;/

Movie data controls animation, so I would imagine it's international. -I
