    Bizhub BW350, rebooting

Bizhub BW350, continuous rebooting after several minutes

According to "All Solutions" it could be the faxkit or NVRAM. Where the Faxkit is located I know but I must confess that I luckily never had anything to do with the NVRAM in my Bizhubs until now so please allow me a daft question: Where is the NVRAM located please?

(For Paul: Yes Paul, I have AALLLLLL manuals but they didn't help me either)

    Thanks in advance

    Hans

        Thanks Dallas.

I feel a little dorky now....

(Though to my defense, I must say it was very early here when I posted this morning)

          reset the nvram.

CAUTION: THIS WILL CLEAR ALL OF YOUR SETTINGS

there is a trouble reset button located next to the CF slot on the controller. This is located on the right hand side right next to your lan port.

1)press trouble reset button down while powering on the machine
          2) release the trouble reset button
          3) simultaneously press 1 and 3 while the machine boots up
          4) machine will come up to a screen with a few options. press data clear and start.

this should fix the issue. if not replace the nvram
