    bizhub 350 KATUN Developer

    Hi I have a machine here bizhub 350. I have change the drum kit (drum, cleaning blade, developing rollers, developer) all KATUN. Error code [C2557 sometimes C255C]still appear even if I do the F8. Has anyone have an issue with KATUN developer? Thank you very much.

      you mean after F8 done c2557 or sometime 2557 after few day ?

          error occurs after F8 on that time. I think I know the problem now. I noticed that the developer included on the KATUN cartridge rebuild kit is only 200 grams.

              Go back into the counters and make sure the drum and dev counters are at 0 before you run your F8.
