[Misc] Bizhub C7000 Scan Copy Issue

I have a Bizhub C7000 that will only

• copy 15 pages then stop
• scan to PC via FTP 20 pages then stop

if there are more pages to copy or scan the job has to be started again from the next page and manually put together or put together using PDF software.

Any clues or answers to fix this would be much appreciated.

try upgrade your firmware...

Do you have the hdd's and preview kit installed ?

Set scan mode to high compression,I think it's under scan settings on panel

Without the hard drive and preview kit, that's about all you'll get.

HDD are installed and working as per attached!

Fiery has nothing to do with it. HDD and Preview Kit for the C7000 itself are rquired for scanning and copying.
