EP4000 access code

Help guys...........Ex-employee has changed the access code on the Minolta copier (EP4000), how can I default the unit to bypass the access code?? I don't have any documentation...................Thanks.

Go to the Tech service mode and reset the admin # from the admin mode option.

I have acquired a user manual but I can not find out how to get into 'Tech Svc Mode'?? Thanks for your reply................

what is procedure to go on techrep mode ?
try stop 0 stop 1 there you can change the admin pass word
