This machine has been in place about 6 months. It suddenly began to give a c0960. We have replaced the complete bypass assembly twice and it continues to come with this code. Do we need to replace a board? If you disable the bypass completely, by unplugging it the copier runs fine. thanks in advance for any help at all. rb

First off, are you aware of the bulletin that describes the proper setting of the lift motor sensor? These came from the factory with problems when they first came out. Check it out.
