I bought 2 copiers Konika minolta c500' unfortunately both copiers are not working.
One gave SC 45-20 error code and the other machine gave SC 27-01 code.
I tried to access modes 36 and 25, the touch screen won't work to input number on both copiers, is there an admin password or operator password or how to make this work?
The finisher too could not be hooked with the copier, please refresh how to hook
