Just an FYI to all my buddies and fellow KM techs...There is an issue with the IU Mod firmware that affects the newer C360/423/C652 models...Due to the Tsunami, KM had to get processors from another vendor, unfortunalty, the firmware is written for the original processors. If you install this firmware you will induce an error code whic may result in OACB replacement. You can alliviate this by ensuring you DESELCT the scanner update. Older installed MFPs should not be affected, but anything new out of the box will be. Also I've heard of instances where the desktop fax drivers no longer work after the update, but have not seen this myself. Emujo
