[Error Code] need help

bizhub C350 and the error code is C0016 i check the moter of k unit its ok but the error is still there
any one who face this problem and let me know how to fix this code

Try to check the pipe, maybe it is clog that's why there is no toner pumping in the DV unit. Or check the gears maybe it is defective.
