[Error Code] Error code C0500 on konica minolta EP2080

Hi. I have an error code in Minolta EP 2080 it is displaying CO500. Please help me correct this error.

Fuser error.

Try first reset:



Machine must be under power to do this. If unsuccessful check fuser lamp. Check also thermistor and thermoswitch.
