I have a Bizhub C352 full multifunction copier which shows "turn on modem unit" on the panel. I can fax out and receive fax but the message "turn on modem unit" willl appear. Any help ? thanks

sounds as if the remote modem is not set up correct is the modem be registered with remote care this message can also be turned off
