      You will need either a Konica Minolta Tech to get it for you or A Konica Minolta login id so you can get it yourself.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

              If your HDD has not failed, then you do not need the firmware simply do a restore from the back up partition. Otherwise you need a new HDD and clone image of a working HDD as the firmware is not tech loadable. It is only Tech upgradeable.
