i have taken c450 machine of konica minolta that machine don't have a banner printing option but other machine are have that options what we can do for that. any have idea?

Try this.

To turn on Banner Printing, perform the following:
1. Select Utility/Counter key.
2. Select [6. Banner Printing].
3. Select ON.
4. Press OK.

5. Slide the Finisher away from the MFP.

i have repaced iu unites. thats taken from other machine(but same c450) for checking. but same still have.

how can i firmware upgrade? any options is there?

You will need to call a KonicaMinolta authorized service technician in your area, for this.

i am also Konica Minolta authorized service technician but i have consulted with my seniors they don't have ideas for firmware upgrade. you have any ideas?

Sure, log in to your account at www.mykonicaminolta.com download the current firmware, load it on a CFC and instal it to the machine.

if you are genuinely a konicaminolta tech then you will have a login with them , or at least someone at your company will .

I dont think the C450 has banner printing its just on the C350.

C450 has banner printing option. It's also a newer machine than the C350 (almost the same hardware but newer software).
The banner printing option is in Utility menu. If it's not there, you'll need a firmware update.
