I have installed a fax kit on a C220 and I have done all settings, i am getting a message on screen(FAX CANNOT BE USED CURRENTLY)

In service mode, initialize the fax settings and fax journal.

Oh, I forgot to also mention to ensure that under the marketing area in system input 1, make sure that the machine is set to the correct region and that the fax target is set for your country.
