You will need to log a problem with KMBS to be able to get an NV RAM , they wont send one otherwise.

Konica Minolta is running a engine on internet to with draw any FW for their machines.
Plus each download from KM site has a encrypt user log which is carried on with each download. When you get the FW from a legitimate engineer and you decide to share it else where and the KM with draw engine gets hold of it, than the engineer may loose the login to the KM site :P
