    bizhub PRO 1050 jobs just sitting there

    bizhub PRO 1050 jobs just sitting there. Rebooting PCs and bizhub did not help.
    Customer also said that could not access the Page Scope.
    Will go there tomorrow and thought to ask for ideas what can cause this and how to solve it please.

      ummm.. you might have to format the HDD. Be sure to back everything up first or you might lose it in the format. Although, I did a 920 today put a new HD in the controller and all the address stayed so woot.
      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
