    hey i have a c300 where the customer scans a 30 page document and it divides it into many pdf`s is there a setting that need to switched

      first the machine needs the hard drive installed
      then set multipage pdf for the default in the scanner.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          HDD is installed but i cant locate the multipage function nor can i format the drive when i high lite the physical or logical option. and where in the settings can u set or unset the HDD thanks

              If I recall you can turn the HDD off and on in System 2 in service mode, make sure its on if someone had it turned off the drive probably took a dump a while back which wouldnt surprise me. If thats the case get the exact numbers off the drive and get one on Ebay.
