Getting a J1730 code. Only happens out of Tray 3 and is intermittent. May go several thousand copies and then have several close to one another. Machine only has 60k on it and has had about 20 of these jams. I have swapped the 2 clutches in the feed unit and replaced the feed tires and dfpr. Any ideas?

They have a updated paper feed frame and actuator for that problem from tray 3. Check the knowledgebase and it shows the updated parts. -

Guess I shouldn't just trust searching the knowledge base with the mobile app, as nothing showed up. Thanks for the heads up I will give that a shot.Comment
