Hi, I have a big problem with a C252 BH ... began to fail the key utility (if pressed issued a "beep" but did not enter the user menu), now I turn on the machine, the display shows me "warming" but the fuser is ok. I can see is that the machine does not stabilize the image and copy start button stays red, I can not flash it because utility does not work.
