      If you touch the oil can it will show you a P code. You will be able to diagnose it from that.

          Wow!!! Who had one of those in the back of the warehouse, still in a box? You will prob find the P code helpful, and the printhead tech bulletin. I hope it is not the printhead itself but maybe popped out of position a bit.
