What part of machine determined tipe ans speed of machine, exept main board.

ex.-C203 and c253 have all parts same, c353 diferent board. How the machine knows how long units shoul work for c203 andc253(same parts), and c280andc360(same parts)

that information is not available publicly for obvious reasons, ie no one would spend the extra money on the faster machines if you could hack the slower ones into printing at the same speed. I would think that they'd put a great deal of effort into preventing that.

although having said that i bet someone, somewhere has done it

Yes, i want to know what should I do after peplace the board with NVram.

At Km we get the machines for next to nothing anyway, the employee's building the machines in china only get paid $2 per day.

Do i sleep well at night knowing how much more i get paid? absolutely.
