Need Help - Konica Minolta Magicolor 2490 MF

I have a Konica Minolta Magicolor 2490 MF , one morning when i On the machine , it comes up with this message " NAND Flash ROM ERROR - IA CODE CHECK SUM " the machine was brain dead after that.

It`s 2months OLD machine and i need someone who could help me.

If it is two months old it is well within the manufacturer's warranty. Have it replaced or repaired. Check the documentation that came with the printer and read the warranty instructions.

Just call the tech support. There is a real easy fix for it. A simple firmware update will do it
