Bizhub 200, 250, 300 Poor Fill

This problem has plagued us for a while. Thought we had the fix when we realized to vacuum out the sub-hopper (paddle and reed switch between toner and dev unit). But a few machines still have the problem.

After the initial toner mix in the new developer wears out (1000-2500 copies) we get faded copies.

Toner bottle is turning, changed dev, dev unit, drum, tran roller.

Any thoughts?

Copper colored door contacts sitting properly? Is the slit glass clean? You have bad fill on the drum too when you crash stop the machine?

are you using genuine toner ?
