jam in tray 1 and 2 in my KM c550

the 1 and 2 doesn't feed paper and when i tray to print from tray 1 it doesn't take the paper

are you waiting for someone to recommend replacing feed tires, or are you going to let us know what you've tried and what codes you are getting? Geez, can you get any vaguer? Emujo
