    [Misc] Konica Minolta Bizhub Di 7210 Tonerlight stays on with new toner and developer.

    I'm working on a Konica Minolta  Di 7210, I replaced the developer and added new toner. Before this occured the customer ran the machine without toner it sounds like it's adding toner but copies are a bit light. I need sim codes and procedure. I know there is sim code 25, 36, and 47. The machine says add toner.

          Pull the DV box and inspect the rear, where the gears are. The smallest gear will strip out and that can cause light copies.
