    [Error Code] C6500 shows error 2804

    I have already replaced the developer K , done the toner density sensor initial auto adjust ( no error ) , but when I switch the machine on in normal mode, gives error 2804
    Please help

    Have you cleaned and checked the Gama sensor ?

        Call a qualified tech , you can really screw up this machine if you dont know what you are doing.

          try clean the PGC sensor.

                Dont work on it if you are not trained for it. Not your avarage office machine. Did you recieve training for it?

                  This guy got lucky fixing a 2804 code by just replacing the dev unit. Problem WAS NOT the dev unit. Machine had adjusted itself out of its ability to get back.

                  Yes indeed you can really put one of these totally out of commission if you do not know what you are doing here.

                  Problem can be in charge system, drum potential sensor failure, toner system including addition of toner, developer unit, color registration sensor failure and maybe a printer board or Image Processing board. All of these have to tested and confirmed as working for a sure fix.
