I got this really freaky issue going on with one of my customers. It's a mostly Macintosh environment with a C552DS and a fiery. The machine is almost new (only 3 months old) with about 100k total copies 30k of them color. Not on the machine but only when the user prints to the fiery does it give them a message to have the black opc and black dev unit replaced. Has anyone seen this before? Copies look great as they should for a machine this new.
