Konica Minolta Bizhub 750

Hi!

Please help. I have a KM Bizhub 750.I have multiple problems.The first is the machine randomly gives the C-2804 message.Is it a sensor problem?
The other thing is when it works ,I press START button it refuses do anything, the job is on the list but it won't do anything.What could be the problem(refresh firmware?).

Clean the senssor gamma that is below the drum.

I'll give it a try, I hope its the sensor.

Any idea of the other problem (refuse to work after pushing Start button, yet it is on the job list..)?

I just had a 600 that sat there and did nothing after the start button was pressed. Flashing it fixed that.

Yes, i agrree with michael-fotcop , You must clean the sensor back of the drum. I cleaning it with clean white benzin (this benzin is for clothes) and working perfect.
