C450 no Mac address on standard controller

This morning my customer had a C450 with a code C-D370 I reset the code and it went away. I then tried to print but their was no IP address I soon found out that it didn't have a mac address. The code was nvram. If anyone can help that would be appreciated.

Try the NVRAM Recovery firmware it comes with NIC Recovery. Do the NIC Recovery first if that doesn't solve it try NVRAM Recovery.
