    oce cm5520 km bizhub c552 smearing magenta and yellow.

    Magenta and yellow are smearing lead to trail towards the center of copies & prints.
    Replaced both IU's, transfer belt and transfer roller. black and cyan are fine.
    Any ideas? I'll attach samples.cm5520.pdf

      Not seen that actual problem before..but maybe to do with print head? Try giving the windows a clean? I take it you have checked for anything that could cause a physical effect? Is the problem visible on the belt before transfer? Remember the order in which the colors of the copy are built up!

          Did you ever get this fixed or figured out? My CM5520 is doing the exact same thing i just recently replaced the Transfer Belt ($500) on it and it was fine for like a day then it started doing it again UGH.
