[Misc] Konica Minolta Error F78-3

Hello
I have a Konika Minolta 7022 with.
The copier say ip422 made error f87-03.

I think the machine has deleter-damages itself the data in the internal HDD ...
is written in a forum that I have to format the hdd and copying some files.
Someone has to send me these files?
