    BH250 duc. feeder

Took a quick look for a customer who wants to wait for service call. They turn off sub switch at night and in the morning they get a doc. feeder jam error. It says jam at o on screen. I tested the actuators manually and blew them out, but problem still happens. When the error appears, simply lifting the doc. feeder up and closing it clears the code. Any one come accross this?
Thanks. Sorry for typo in header.

Quite a common problem. Normally caused by the turn over sensor mirror getting dirty...or it has a dead fly on it!! Carry out the auto sensor adjust in tech mode.
Please do not PM me without asking first.

I cleaned mirror and will try the adjustment when they want the service. Thanks for your help.
