I have another problem when using MacOS (but this time 10.6 Snow Leopard) for scan to SMB. I am using bizhub 350, no problem for scan to FTP. problem happened when I'm using scan to SMB. Anyone know how to configure scan to SMB in MacOS 10.6? and how to create the one-touch destination on the MFP (bizhub 350/250)?
