bizhub c450 when I copying in color then I have a blue background

Hi,
I have a problem with the bizhub C450, machine prints on color ok, but when I copying in color then I have a blue background on each page.
When I scanning, the files do not have a blue background, but when I trying to print a file from the disk then I have blue background. Also scanned files have on the black color appears a color red.
Grading settings printer, and resolution go out normal page, grading settings for copy go blue background.

I checked the cable between PWB-CF and PWB-C.
I did a software update of scanner, initialisation and stabilization.

I can not find the cause, I'm sorry for my english

if colour scanning is OK and colour printing is OK from a computer, but this only happens on colour copying/ printing a colour scan from a user box I would try swapping the MFP board with RAM and testing (if you have one available, i wouldnt buy a new one for this old machine)
