Helo , I have Bizhub c350 and i can not make it Scan evean i instaled Twain for him

I use Scanout like soft for scaniung but this program can not connect to my copier ip , evenm this copier Print and Copy very well
So anybody can help me with some advice ?

What type of scanning are you trying to use? SMB, Email, FTP, Twain? Run a search on here, Scanning is pretty close on most models in the color series. Once you decide what you are trying to do give more info and someone can help.

I am trying to scan books to put on my Hdd in my office Pc as PDF files , for example a book of 200 sheets to scan and stock on hdd and print this book later on another printer
I uses on bizhub c250 Twain and soft Scanout and work on c250 , but on bizhub c350 do not work
