[Misc] Delete Scanning Job on KM Di3510

unable to connect to copier via IP scanner. IP scanner says that "currently this function isnt available. Try again later". Control panel of the copier indicates that it is sending a 12 page job that it started working on 3 weeks ago. I am unable to delete the job by going to job list and hitting delete -- nothing happens. I assume that the ip scanner is not connecting because the machine is stuck trying to send that one job. Is there a way to force the machine to delete the job?

If nothing helps, do old good trouble resset, u can lose nothing to try
...but R U sure that is not only a raport "TX(NG) (err code)" and IP scanner(SU3) is working fine?
