[Error Code] Bizhub 163 C0F33

Hello everybody,
We have Bh163 in workshop with C0F33. We replaced drum and developer and after running ATDC adjustment the C0F33 appeared again. After turning off/on appeard C0F32. Then we changed ATDC sensor, but it was the same situation. We tried manually to adjust the ATDC gain but with no success. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

1. Make sure contacts are clean both on IU side and machine side.
2. Make sure developer is being agitated.
3. Change Printer Control Board.
4. Change DC Power Unit.

In my experience, either 1 or 2 are the most likely cause.

if that what you did dont solve the problem,
Maybe you should try to change the PRCB..

and if still error persist,
check your wires/harnesses..

Thanks for help.
Today we installed the problem IU on other Bh163 and after ATDC auto adjust the code was again C0F33. The contacts between AtDC sensor and coupling are OK. Is there any possibility the machine to damage ATDC sensor?

Are you sure developing unit is agitating the developer?

Did you have Error Code before you changed drum and developer?

Try swapping developing unit from the other machine.

I have never heard of a machine harming TDS but there is a possibility that the TDS you changed is faulty.

Agree!

If contacts are okey, then probably its in the developing unit..
try to find some other developing unit..

But i have once encountered a malfunctioning ATDC sensor..
Some point also to be check..
