    Bizhub 350 BW, Finisher...

....thought I knew my Bizhub's But this one is puzzling me.

Machine came from a reseller so I have no history. Somehow it indicates that a "door" is open on the finisher but I cannot find a door in that location the arrows point at.

Frontdoor of the finisher is closed. The two trays are set properly. There is no 3rd tray nor mailbinkit. ADF not yet installed. All guides and latches inside the finisher are closed. Connectors of the vertical>horizontal section are all in place. Indication does not occur when the finisher is off the machine.

Can't find in the manuals any hint. Before I start a long digging in the sensors and diagrams, anyone had this before?

    "Solved"

Separating the vertical part mechanically from the horizontal unit cleared the message suddenly. I did not remove the connectors however at that time. Likely there has been a wired pinched or so.

BTW Later I found out that the above mentioned indication comes also when the largest of the three connectors between the V and H units is disconnected.
