[Error Code] KM C5501 error code C-2711

Hi, we have c5501 from KM, and few days ago we got error code C-2711 referring to problem with 1st transfer roller or HV/2 unit. We changed old transfer rollers (recently we made service on 600k prints) with no result, then we changed HV/2 unit form other functioning machine with no success also. We cleaned color registration sensors as well. Service manual doesn't lead to any other solution, and KM technician searched on infohub with solution also with no success. We are running out of ideas. Can anybody help us. Machine is located in Bosnia.

Problem solved,
We found loose connector wire on 1st transfer roller, connector was almost broken, when we tested it mechanically wire stayed in our hands and connector was in two pieces. We fixed it and running fine to another error code C4521 witch is most likely induced with pinched wire of total counter which leave ICP17 on PRCB opened.....
