I'm trying to reset my corona counters and can't get into service mode.

My tech told me go into the counter screen then press stop 00 stop, but I can't get it to take.

Can you help please?

Hold the UTILITY key down while you turn the sub power switch on. Hope that helps.

Turns out it was stop 00 stop 01
Page 275 out of 1222 in the service manual.

are you the end user?
i really feel the 'tech' shouldn't give out that info to an end user, due to the fact if not done properly, or you go into the wrong menu, you can turn the unit to a BRICK... -= IF =- you have a contract including LABOR have HIM come do it.. (since you are already paying forit)

I am the end user and I don't have a contract. My 'tech' is actually a friend and I try to bother him the least I can.

having been in this industry for 30+ years... having SEEN what a non tech can do on their own to trash a machine..... seeing others techs share info that the maker of said unit FORBIDS sharing of such INFO... I find it had to swallow that a fellow tech would risk their TECH ID for handing out such vital info.

do not know what YOU do for a living.... but how would YOU feel IF I started doing your job?
