during printing i get this code c-2861 , and the machine stop immedetly???
how can reset this problem??

Take out the colour registration unit, clean all sensors, and also check the flaps and solenoids for free movement.

Your getting a Yellow patch error, how are the life counters for the drum,developer,coronas, transfer belt?? How are the test prints?? Any blotches, voids, etc? My experience with this error is usually the developer and drum is past life.
