    DPI setting fo FTP utility

    I got some costumers right on the borders (on the Mexico side) that require scanning at 300dpi.
    Most of the machines are using FTP utility and working fine.
    But do you know at what DPI setting is used with FTP utility???
    Is there a way to change it???

      The DPI settings for scanning is not depending on the FTP-Utility, any FTP server or SMB scanning. You have to do this within the MFP.

      Which machine you are talking about?
