[Misc] Hard Drive Removal needed for three Konica Copiers

Hello

Can anyone tell me how to remove the hard drives for the following model of Konica copiers? 7030, 7155 and 7165.

Where is the hard drive. I took off three panels looking for it on the 7165 this morning.

Also, can anyone confirm when hard drives started being installed on copiers? I heard 2002. Is this correct?

The Konica 7165 The Hard Drive(HD-105) was an Option.
Go to 47 mode number 99 and check if there is any data there.
If not there is no hard drive.

It was an option on all three. On the 7030 it was in the print controller. Deppending if it has it they did switch to CF cards in the Print controller due to the HDD's failing.

Thanks, if this had a hard drive would this also show up in the control panel. There is no mention of it in the users manual. The 7155 has a special menu section for the hard drive for example.

If the Model 7030 had a hard drive, where would I find it?
