Konica Bizhub C652 Fiery

Hi,

Having a problem with a C652 w/Fiery. The LAN ethernet port on the Fiery does not light up when plugged into a active network and in turn does not pull a IP address DHCP. The other ethernet port on the Fiery " Copier " lights and is working and so is the ethernet port on the C652. IAny input would be appreciated.

Run a cable between your laptop and the "network" port on the Fiery. If you get a connect light on your laptop, I would suspect cable problem on the customers side. Is the customers network setup for DHCP assigning. If your results are negative, I would suspect a problem with the Fiery connection. I haven't cracked one of these open in a while but I assume the network port is integrated into the mother board...$$$ item. There are also dip switches on the Fiery. Ensure these are in the correct position. Emujo
