    FAX2900 DC Life

That's the message the customer says their machine has (or something close to that). Paperwork says they've replaced the drum cartridge already, so I'm assuming this means the counter needs to be reset manually. Haven't found anything about how to do that with a quick Google search so I think I'll get an answer quicker by asking here.

    Thanks

I was wrong. A slightly more invovled Google search has procured me a service manual.

So if I'm not mistaken, I should enter the service mode (Stop, 0, 0, Stop, 0, 1), go to 9. CLEAR DATA, and then clear the I/C Counter?
