[Error Code] C-3102

just got this error code C-3102 book said not in home pos. look at sensor and cam was turning then stops each time is there any thing
i can do to get it runging

If its a C6500 range mc, check or replace 1 way gears in fuser drive section that control pressure release and possibly the shaft they fit on.

its a C-5501 can you send a bit more info on gear is it the one nest to the sensor about 1" dir.

Yes, on the left hand side there are 3 white 1 way gears all the same size, 2 together and 1 below. I normally clean them up and if that doesn't work replace them and the shaft that has the 2 gears on it.
