    Bizhzub C352 Firmware revision level

    Hello

    I got a Bizhub C352 and I'm a little bit confused about the firmware revision. My Bizhub has the following firmware installed:
    MFP Controller BOOT Program 9J06-1E00-G00-01-000(00) Checksum 3B98
    MFP Controller SubSet Program 9J06-1F00-G00-02-000(00) Checksum 6324
    MFP Controller 9J06-0100-GW8-K0-000(00) Checksum 2E2E

    as the official firmware list from KM, it should be 9J06-0100-G00-K0-00 for the MFP Controller - see http://onyxweb.mykonicaminolta.com/t...MWARE_List.pdf . But as an other source http://www.uhbv.dpoe.com/dpoe/webfil...ist%5B1%5D.pdf they say 9J06-0100-GWB-K0-00.

      There are many special firmware packages available..If you think it's incorrect, downlaod and install K8. Emujo

              It's not available for public download.

              What problems are you having? You don't need current firmware for the machine to function properly, and perhaps your problem won't be solved by firmware.

                  I don't think so. If you where right - then firmware revisions makes no sense. I try to get the lastest firmware from the Minolta service.

                      You're right, Konica would only do things that make sense.
