    KONICA MINOLTA C500

I am working on two c500's . The first one has an external fiery hanging off the back of the machine that uses two pig tails to connect it to the machine. I can print to that one.

The second one has a fiery that is built into the back of the machine. I am using window 7 opperating system. I can not seem to connect to that machine. Can anyone tell me what drivers i need to download to connect to that machine? What is different from the other machine that is keeping me from printing?
Networking is not my thing. Thanks.

No w7 driver available...try a Vista driver and good luck

I installed the driver. I can ping the printer. I can get in with explorer. It will not print. I'm doing something wrong. It must be windows 7.
      Any ideas?

Try it first with an older system,
This is easiest way to see how and what next.
Also see whether the network cable into the right port.
I knew I had to cheat and plug the cable into the connector of the printer instead of a Fiery.

Could be they both had the external Fiery at one time. Make sure the controller type is set correctly. Don't remember which one it is (1 through 5) but I woud look there.
