Konica Minolta Magi Color 2400w

Have a Magi color 2400w with error light solid. Customer said the error light was on but it was working until they put new black toner in it. Now it won't print at all. Not sure why they put new toner in or if it even needed it. What else could cause the error light to come on solid?
